On 16 December, the Honorary General Consul of Lithuania Assoc. Prof. Racho Ribarov invited the Lithuanians living in Bulgaria to celebrate together the most beautiful holiday of the year – Christmas. Mr.Maxim Behar was invited to participate the Christmas party as well. This year Behar was awarded by the Lithuanian President Gitanas Nauseda with a special national medal for bravery for his journalistic work during the Soviet invasion in January 1991.
During the Christmas party, which was attended by many Lithuanians living in Bulgaria and members of their families, the Honorary General Consul wished everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
The youngest guests of the Christmas party were visited by Santa Claus and Snow white who gave them the wonderful gifts.
