On February 16th, 2025 in Sofia was marked the Day of the Restoration of the Lithuanian State. As every year, the celebration was organized by the Honorary General Consul of Lithuania in Bulgaria Assoc. Prof. Dr. Racho Ribarov. The guest of honor at the event was the Attaché of the Lithuanian Embassy in Romania, Arnoldas Petrauskas, together with his wife.
The celebration was attended by about 40 Lithuanians living in Bulgaria and their family members.
During the event a quiz about the Lithuanian language was organized. Winners of the quiz were Aiste and Gabija.
